  • Candidate Requirements
  • Development and revision of detailed design and engineering documentation
  • Preparation of preliminary design, technical design, detailed engineering, operational, and testing documentation
  • Development of 3D vessel models and preparation of models and drawings
  • Development of structural drawings for metal vessel hulls
  • Development of detailed engineering documentation for ship systems, equipment, and machinery, including calculations in accordance with RMRS and RRR rules
  • Engineering development of ship systems and machinery to be installed on vessels
  • Performance of structural strength and naval architecture calculations
  • Performance of stability, damage stability, and ballasting calculations
  • Performance of weight, local strength, and global strength calculations
  • Performance of calculations for stationary vessels, berths, docks, and offshore platforms
  • Performance of calculations related to the towing and relocation of berth hull structures
  • Working with AutoCAD, NanoCAD, SolidWorks, and Sea Solid
  • Review and analysis of engineering documentation
  • Planning vessel design and engineering stages
  • Selection and approval of supplied equipment
  • Negotiations with customers and equipment suppliers
  • Coordination with suppliers regarding equipment approval
  • Approval of documentation with RMRS, RKO, military representatives, and the customer
  • Conducting correspondence with GUR, RKO, and RMRS
  • Resolution of technical issues during vessel construction
  • Business travel to shipbuilding facilities to supervise vessel construction matters directly at the project site
  • Development and resolution of technical issues arising during the manufacture of sheet-metal products, including the use of 3D modelling systems
  • Calculation of product manufacturing costs
