WIDSON 80 is a modular jack-up platform designed for coastal marine construction and operations on inland waterways.
The platform is suitable for the construction and maintenance of berths and breakwaters, pile-driving operations, and exploratory drilling as part of geotechnical surveys.
The key difference between WIDSON 80 and WIDSON 50 is its high load-carrying capacity, which allows heavy tracked machinery to be placed on deck, including cranes with a lifting capacity of up to 200 tonnes.
The platform is designed to carry loads of up to 400 tonnes on deck and can be equipped with support legs up to 42 metres long, enabling operations in deep-water ports and coastal areas with water depths of up to 35 metres.
